I’M EVERY WOMAN

…no matter where we come from, women are rarely allowed to be just one thing. We are daughters before we know ourselves. Friends before we know our boundaries. Caregivers before we know our limits. Lovers before we know our worth. We are asked to shrink and expand at the same time. To carry contradictions with grace. And somehow, we do.

Women have always existed beyond categories. We are not one story, we are entire libraries. And that is the heart of I'm Every Woman. Not a celebration of perfection, but of multiplicity.

We wanted to create a visual exploration of the many selves we carry within us. The identities we inherit, the identities we choose, and the identities we are still be coming.

Each image in this story represents a different energy. A different mood. A different possibility. Not separate characters, but fragments of the same woman. Because every woman knows what it means to be more than one thing.

In I’m every woman’ the styling shifts. The locations change. The atmosphere transforms. Yet the thread remains the same - it is a woman refusing to be defined by a single version of herself. Constantly evolving into someone new.

The more I see, the more I realize that identity is not something we find once and keep forever. It is something we collect. Something we build. Something we carry.

A little piece from every place we’ve been. A little piece from every person we’ve loved. A little piece from every heartbreak, every triumph, every risk, every reinvention. And perhaps that is why women are so impossible to define - as masters of juggling a deep emotional and nurturing one with a badass and logical one. We have never been one thing.

We are every woman.

I’M EVERY WOMAN

I’ve spent much of my life in transit. Different cities. Different countries. Different languages. Different versions of myself.

As a child, I moved between worlds. Later, my studies and work took me even further. Airports became familiar. Time zones blurred together. I learned how to find a sense of belonging in places that were never meant to be home but somehow, with time, became.
Everywhere I went, I found the same thing.
A woman.

Not the same woman, of course. Her language changed. Her culture changed. Her story changed. But beneath the surface, there was always something familiar.

From Stockholm to Singapore, Barcelona to Milan, London to New York, or even Delhi - I met women who reminded me that we are never just one thing. We are soft and wild. Playful and powerful. The girl next door and the woman who knows exactly who she is. A dreamer, a lover, a fighter, a mystery. We carry so many different versions of ourselves - and somehow, they all belong.

I Am Every Woman is a visual exploration of those different energies. The moods we move through. The identities we inherit. The ones we create, or the ones we are still becoming… Each image is a different chapter, but the same story. Because we were never meant to fit into one frame.

We are every woman.

Bruce Goff (1904–1982) spent six decades proving architecture didn’t need rules. Working for artists, collectors, and other unconventional clients, he created buildings that still feel ahead of their time. Today, his legacy lives on through his architecture and the Bruce Goff Archive at the Art Institute of Chicago - a reminder for every rule-breaker, visionary, and innovator willing to question the status quo and do their own thing.
