THE DISCOVERY OF ANNA EWERS
In January 2012, Enzio Maggiore discovered the future supermodel Anna Ewers. The focus was quickly on the Freiburg native, whose potential he had recognized.
As Anna’s manager and CEO of her motheragency, he generated success through national and international jobs. With his expertise confirmed, the agency’s focus shifted from the event business to scouting new faces and models. From day 1 to today, Anna x Enzio is a success story.

Enzio Maggiore met Sven Luzio from Graubünden in Switzerland to talk about expanding the business in 2018. Even then, both had been successful in the model business for years. Both expertise merged in an innovative alliance - 100% Management was born. Fashion and advertising clients from all over the world contributed to the constant transformation of the agency.
