We are specialized in scouting new upcoming talents. The talents are scouted on the street, at events and concerts, via social media or by applying directly to us. Afterwards, they are invited to a personal appointment, if possible directly at the agency and often with their parents. After Polaroids have been taken, the way into the talent or model business is prepared in further steps and accompanied by us. The goals of the respective talent/model and the strengths are decisive for further decisions, such as selecting the most suitable agency in Paris, Milan and New York.
