When Michelle was 12 years old, and in New York with her family, she had already been scouted twice. But because she was still very young, she didn't think any more about modelling.
It wasn't until Michelle got older that she became interested in fashion and modelling. Then, at the age of 14, when she learned that a model convention was going to be held in Amsterdam, Michelle persuaded her mother to let her attend. Michelle subsequently decided to follow her gut and signed with Micha Models, where she remains to this day!
Since then, Michelle has modelled for brands like Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana and Dior, as well as for magazines like L'Officiel, Elle and Vogue.
Therefore, it is unsurprising that many of Michelle's dream jobs have already come true. For the future, however, Michelle has still set herself the goals of one day shooting a major perfume or makeup campaign and a worldwide high fashion or sunglasses campaign.
However, what many people don't know about Michelle is that she grew up as the only girl in the family in a small town in the Netherlands. Therefore, for a long time, Michelle was only interested in motocross, soccer, etc. Today Michelle loves fashion and makeup but still has no problem getting dirty. She still loves to play sports and will do anything to win.
For the future, Michelle wants all her loved ones and herself to stay happy and healthy. Also, Michelle intends to focus only on the positive in life.
Besides modelling, Michelle is also taking an online English course and wishes to speak English fluently soon. Michelle also enjoys painting, drawing and writing and is working on an online business.
Michelle's motto in life: "Make progress, not excuses. Seek respect, not attention."
