Born and raised in Denmark, Switzerland is currently the home of the always fun-loving Ingrid.
The many moves and the constant adaptation to foreign environments have shaped Ingrid as a person and made her desire to get to know new things grow unceasingly.

In addition to sports, Ingrid also seeks balance through cooking and creative work, such as creating her own bullet journals.
Especially in busy times, however, it is running from which Ingrid gains strength and which helps her to clear her head. In these moments she enjoys the exertion of her body, feels herself and ignites her passion. 

The feeling for body and mind is also reflected in Ingrid's interaction with fellow human beings. Her gift for empathy helps her understand others and thus help them along. Ingrid enjoys observing people in everyday life, who also act as role models for her, and skillfully recognizes a person's character traits. Ingrid uses her newly gained insights primarily to develop herself further.
